1. Cancellation Policy

ALLERVITA EDUCATION FOUNDATION believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellations may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and shipping has been initiated.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

ALLERVITA EDUCATION FOUNDATION does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers and eatables. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer establishes that the product delivered was of poor quality.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant has verified the issue.

4. Product Mismatch

If you feel that the product received does not match what was shown on the site or your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

5. Warranty Products

For complaints regarding products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

6. Refunds

For any refunds approved by ALLERVITA EDUCATION FOUNDATION, it may take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
